Return Policy
MOVE BEACHWEAR accepts returns within 7 business days of the date of delivery. You can return an item due to our error or because the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.
Please report the problem to our Customer Service by sending an email to commerciale @movebeachwear.com , we will guide you step by step through the process of returning the item.
Items must be shipped in their original condition within 7 working days of receipt.
Please remember that shipping costs will be at your expense.
In the event of defective items, MOVE BEACHWEAR will be happy to cover the shipping costs (in this case it will be necessary to demonstrate the defect through a photo).
For orders placed outside the European Union, you can request a return of the product and shipping costs will be at your expense.
What to do and what not to do
To return an article:
1. Notify us of your intention to return an item within the seventh working day of delivery of the goods.
2. Wait for our Customer Service to process the request and send the return authorization response.
3. Ship the product in its original condition (possibly in its original box).
4. Return the item with its original tag. Items returned without the appropriate tag will not be accepted.
5. In the event that the above conditions are not followed, or the returned item is used or damaged, MOVE BEACHWEAR will not proceed with the replacement of the item. In this case you can decide to have the previously purchased item back at your expense. After this last shipment it will no longer be possible to carry out return operations.
Replacement times
The replacement will be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. The time required for the refund varies depending on the payment method you prefer to use:
- Credit card :
The timing depends on the Credit Institution that issued your card. In any case, the date of the value of the re-credit will be the same as that of the value of the debit. As soon as the refund is issued, we will send you a communication by email.
- Paypal :
the refund will be made directly to your Paypal account after notification via email. You will also receive a final communication from our Customer Service.
